Healthiest Green Smoothie Ever

This is the smoothie I made every morning after I found the malignant lump.

This is in no way a tasty smoothie!

But it will pump you body so full of nutrients and give it the fuel it needs to fight off pretty much anything!

It is the easiest smoothie to make. Just add a variety of cruciferous vegetables and water.

Organic is best since you are probably making this to help your body heal something serious. You don’t want to be putting pesticides and herbicides into your body.

Just chose from the following list of cruciferous vegetables and shove as much as you can into your blender cup. Add water. Blend. Chug!

CRUCIFEROUS VEGETABLES

Arugula

Broccoli Sprouts

Collard Greens

Radish

Watercress

Bok Choy

Cabbage

Horseradish

Rutabaga

Broccoli

Cauliflower

Kale

Turnips


HOW TO MAKE

1. Fill a blender cup as full as you can with a variety of the above vegetables.

2. Add apple cider vinegar. This will help you digest the vegetables.

3. Add water and blend.


TIPS

To make this easier than it already is, buy as many cruciferous vegetables as you can. Chop them into large chunks and freeze them. Then, all you need to do when you are hungry is grab the vegetables from the freezer!

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Add water and apple cider vinegar to fill point.
  • Blend.
